Core Configuration

1. Seat & Backrest Foam: High-density cold-foamed and shaped with premium PU foam material using aluminum alloy molds, featuring an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Seat foam density: 50KG/m³; backrest foam density: 40KG/m³. It boasts properties such as thermal insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, anti-static, and good air permeability.
2. Inner Panels (Seat & Backrest): 10mm high-quality plywood, die-bent forming.
3. Outer Panels (Seat & Backrest): 4mm high-quality PP plastic shell, one-time injection molding. The seat panel is designed with sound absorption function to ensure consistent sound absorption volume at different occupancy rates in the venue.
4. Armrest Surface: Solid wood panel coated with polyester polishing paint, elegant and durable.
5. Writing Board: Injection-molded edge-decorated panel (210260mm±2mm) with built-in pen slot (16615mm±2mm) and cup slot (inner diameter: 62mm±2mm), equipped with ≥13.5mm solid round steel support rod.
6. Fabric: High-grade special fabric for seat and backrest, stain-resistant and colorfast. The connection between seat/backrest and foam adopts mature thread-drawing technology, which is more attractive and firm than traditional foam adhesion.
7. Return Function: Gravity rebound for seat flipping, low noise and long service life.
8. Armrest Frame & Foot Plate: Iron armrest frame, rectangular tube legs, stamped foot base formed by welding, with electrostatic spray coating on the surface. The foot base adopts a concealed design, with fixing bolts hidden inside the foot plate and a dust-proof cap outside to prevent dust accumulation. Foot plate dimensions: 305mm (length) × 56mm (width); 2 reinforcing bars (60mm×10mm) at the front and rear respectively, enhancing the load-bearing capacity and stability of the foot plate.
9. Appearance: Ergonomic design for excellent comfort.
10. Fasteners: Electrostatically sprayed cylindrical head hex socket screws, sturdy, durable and rust-resistant.
